Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

An update report on the Beter Start Fulfilling Lives bid

| 8. | BIG LOTTERY FUND INVESTEMENT IN YOUNG PEOPLE'S RESILIENCE
An update report on the Big Lottery Fund's proposed investment in Young People's Resilience.

To receive a presentation from NHS England on Winter Planning.
